Super helpful staff. Prices are more reasonable than city butcher shops and their prime rib roasts are out of this world. Had a dinner party for 12 and everyone raved about the beef. My husband, a chef, said you can't beat the flavour. Obviously not as cheap as Costco, but one doesn't have to cook Balzac Meats' roasts to a minimum of 165, as Costco stipulates (due to their mechanical tenderizing - read their labels). Definitely going back.

The folks we get our beef from use Balzac meats to butcher the side. They have done a great job each time. We also purchased some additional sausage when we picked up the side. It was terrific! :)

I used to get stuff from here. They have some decent beef jerky but had a few bad experiences. Overall not a bad place for meat.
